Clima Processor CDU, Coolant Distribution Unit is engineered for liquid-cooled data centers, with built-in energy recovery for sustainable performance. The CDU series is designed to manage various type of coolants in advanced liquid cooling systems, ensuring complete hydraulic separation between the chiller loop and the server-side coolant. This guarantees system integrity and prevents cross-contamination. Thanks to their ability to maintain constant flow rates under varying conditions and their integrated redundant systems, CDU units offer high reliability, making them ideal for mission-critical environments. In line with Clima Processor’s commitment to sustainability, the CDU units also feature a heat recovery system that repurposes server-generated heat for residential or office heating near the data center, offering an efficient and zero-impact energy solution.

CK-W

We are pleased to present CK-W, the first compact thermoregulator in the Clima Processor catalog. This innovative compact system is capable of optimizing space while providing a source of liquid at a constant and controlled temperature. CK-W is an outdoor unit designed to be wall-mounted. The high-quality materials used in its construction and the high degree of insulation allow it to withstand the most extreme conditions, with an operating range from -20 to +45°C. To improve energy efficiency, we have integrated a drycooler into this unit, which, functioning as a freecooling system, allows it to take advantage of favorable environmental conditions to reduce energy consumption. It is also possible to add a hydronic kit, which allows increasing the liquid's outlet pressure.

CM & CK Units

CK and CM Units, our most appreciated monoblock HVAC machines, favored by customers for their fast and easy installation, making them the perfect choice for modular data centers, small server rooms, power converters, battery storage systems, and other technical applications. These are monoblock units that do not require external condensing units, eliminating the need for F-gas certified installers. RC-X COMPACT

We are pleased to introduce the new compact rack cooler model with integrated condenser, which joins our rack coolers product lineup, already including the RC-XA (direct expansion rack cooler, air-condensed), RC-XW (direct expansion rack cooler, water condensed), and RC-W (rack cooler liquid-cooled). The installation of the RC-X COMPACT does not require any pre-existing circuits, making the setup quick and possible even without HVAC-certified installers. The real highlight of this new unit is its integrated freecooling system which can reduce energy consumption by up to 80% (with an external temperature of 18°C).
